11-خلل في الغدة الدرقية:
فإن أي خلل في الغدة الدرقية سواء كان ضعفها أو زيادة إفرازها يؤديان إلى خلل الإباضة وعدم حدوث الحمل.
12-قصور الغدة النخامية :
حيث يحدث انقلاب في نسبة الهرمونات المحفزة للمبيض والتي تفرز من الغدة النخامية
مثل هرموني FSH و LH.
13-فرط نشاط غدة الكظر.
14-تشوهات الرحم في مرحلة التكون الجنيني، مثل: الرحم المضاعف أو الرحم الثنائي القرن، أو الرحم الوحيد القرن، أو الرحم الثنائي الحجرة، أو الرحم المسطح.
15-الإضطرابات النفسية
16-تناول حبوب الحمل لفترة تزيد عن سنتين أو أكثر.
17-السمنة الزائدة.
18-استخدام بعض أنواع الأدوية يؤدي إلى خلل الإباضة فمثلاً الهرمونات مثل الكورتيزون أو الأدوية المثبتة للمناعة أوالأدوية النفسية التي قد تؤدي إلى ارتفاع هرمون الحليب ستؤدي إلى خلل الإباضة.
19-إستنشاق أو التعرض للمواد الكيماوية بكثرة.
20-الإسراف في شرب القهوة.
21-عدم ممارسة الجماع في فترة الخصوبة حيث يفضل الإكثار من الجماع منذ اليوم الخامس بعد إنتهاء الدورة ولمدة إسبوعين.
22-زيادة حموضة المهبل التي تمنع وتعيق الحيوانات المنوية من التلقيح
